Has my payment been received?
We will contact you if a payment we were expecting from you hasn't been received. You don't need to email us to check if payment has been received.
How long after payment will I receive my order?
Typically orders ship the next business day after payment has cleared. Some products, such as computers, may take longer to ship.
Tracking is sent to your email automatically, either from us, for website orders, or from TradeMe for TradeMe orders. Some products that ship direct from the supplier may not have tracking updated.
Please wait until it has been at least a week without your order arriving before contacting us in the event you haven't received tracking information.
