Return Policy

Returns and Refunds:

Change of mind:

On a case by case basis, NotBadTech may offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind purchases. Return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee may be applicable.

Product is not item I purchased:
Please contact us, and we will arrange for a return and/or replacement at our expense.

Product was damaged in shipping:
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will provide a refund/replacement/repair, as needed.

Product is faulty:
If the product you have received is or has become faulty through no fault of your own within the stated warranty period.
AND/OR
The product is not fit for purpose.
AND/OR
The product doesn't match our description/has been misrepresented.
AND/OR
The product has defects that were not mentioned prior to purchase.

Then we will provide a repair/replacement/refund, as needed.
The goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase.
You may need to provide evidence of the fault(s) .
If the product is found to be not faulty, testing/return shipping fees may apply.

Where "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) warranty applies, the DOA claim period is defined as within 48 hours of delivery.

This policy is in addition to any rights granted by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
