Returns and Refunds:

Change of mind:

On a case by case basis, NotBadTech may offer refunds/exchanges for change of mind purchases. Return shipping costs and/or a restocking fee may be applicable.

Product is not the item(s) I purchased:
Please contact us, and we will arrange for a return and/or replacement at our expense.

Product was damaged in shipping:
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we will provide a refund/replacement/repair,
depending on the situation.

Product is faulty:
Where any of the following apply:
1. The product you have received is, or has become faulty through no fault of your own, within the stated warranty period, or where no warranty period is stated, the greater of either the applicable manufacturer's warranty period (new products only), or our standard warranty period of 12 months for new products, or 3 months for refurbished and/or used products.
AND/OR
2. The product is not fit for purpose.
AND/OR
3. The product doesn't match our description/has been misrepresented.
AND/OR
4. The product has defects that were not mentioned prior to purchase.

We will provide a repair/replacement/refund, depending on the situation.
The goods must be returned within a reasonable period and you may be asked for proof of purchase.
You may need to provide evidence of the fault(s) .
If the product is found to be not faulty, testing/return shipping fees may apply.

Faulty product returns are subject to the faulty product returns terms and conditions section of our terms of service.

Where "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) warranty applies, the DOA claim period is defined as within 48 hours of delivery.

Our warranty and return policies do not cover products that have sustained physical damage, or where faults have been caused by user error, neglect, or improper handling. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Improper Installation: Bent pins on CPUs or motherboard sockets, stripped threads, or damage caused by forcing incompatible components together.

- Improper Configuration: Thermal damage or component failure resulting from extreme overclocking, incorrect BIOS voltage configurations, or custom firmware modifications.

- Accidental Damage: Liquid damage, drops, impact damage, or environmental damage (such as power surges or acts of nature).

- Inappropriate Use: Damage resulting from the use of incorrect modular power supply cables, faulty third-party power adapters, or using the product for purposes outside its intended design.

- Compatibility and Setup: Display issues, visual artifacts, or connection failures resulting from incorrect cable routing, adapter misuse, or operating system incompatibilities rather than an inherent hardware defect.

- Unauthorized Repair: Any product that has been opened, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized third party, including cases where factory warranty seals or stickers have been broken or removed.

NotBadTech Limited is not responsible for the loss, corruption, or compromise of any data, software, or personal information stored on devices, computer systems, or storage media returned to us for testing, repair, or replacement.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all important data is comprehensively and securely backed up prior to returning any product. During the course of hardware testing, diagnostic procedures, or repair, it is entirely possible that storage drives may be formatted, wiped, or replaced. We do not offer data recovery services and will not be held liable for any data loss under any circumstances.

This policy is in addition to any rights granted by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
