Shipping policy

Shipment processing and delivery times:
Most orders are processed within 2 business days.
Processing times may be longer for products that require assembly/testing before shipping.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment and/or delivery of your order, we will contact you.

Standard delivery estimates are 2-4 business days for non-rural addresses, and 3-5 days for rural addresses.
These timeframes exclude bulk deliveries.
Delivery and/or processing times are not guaranteed, and no compensation will be given for a delay.

Delivery service:
We ship to addresses within New Zealand, including PO Boxes.
On special request, orders may be able to be shipped internationally, pricing will vary on a case to case basis. We are not responsible for import/customs fees.

Courier services used are NZPost and NZCouriers for standard deliveries, although other courier service providers may be used on request, or when necessary.

Please make sure the given address is valid and able to accept deliveries. We are not responsible for incorrect and/or invalid addresses.

Issues with delivery:
If the provided tracking number shows as delivered, but it hasn’t arrived, please contact us within two weeks of the expected delivery date, and we will investigate. 
In some cases tracking may show as delivered, when it is still out for delivery, in which cases, it is best to wait 48 hours before contacting us in event of a non-delivery.

If the provided tracking number shows as in transit, please contact us if there has been no update in 5 business days, and we will investigate.

If your product(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery if your package is damaged in shipping, and we will arrange to have it collected and returned to us or passed to the courier for inspection.

Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged goods until notified.
