In the event that an order is canceled due to suspected fraud, we reserve the right to deduct processing and administrative fees from any refund issued to the customer. These fees cover the costs incurred by us in the process of identifying and managing the fraudulent activity.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for data loss, corruption, or damage that may occur as a result of using our products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all important data is properly backed up and safeguarded.

Terms and conditions for faulty product returns:

Return acceptance:
We may declined a return if:
The returned product(s) are found to be not faulty.
The returned product(s) do not match the products originally sent, or the serial numbers
differ to the ones of the products originally sent.
The fault(s) are deemed to have been caused as a result of user damage, misuse, or
accident.
The returned product(s) are not within the warranty period.
The returned product(s) were not packaged properly.

Fees:
If we decline a return for one of the aforementioned reasons, the customer may be
liable for return freight charges, and/or testing and/or administrative fees.
Where applicable, the customer agrees to be responsible for any fees, including but not limited to, legal fees, debt collection fees, and administrative fees, incurred in relation to the decline of a return, or where false information has been deliberately supplied.

In the event that any Goods are found to be defective or do not comply with the agreed specifications, our total liability is limited, at our sole and absolute discretion, to one of the following:

- The repair of the Goods;

- The replacement of the Goods with an equivalent model; or

- A refund of the original purchase price paid by the Customer for the specific Goods.

We shall not be liable for any costs exceeding the original purchase price of the Goods. This includes, without limitation, any loss of profits, loss of revenue, cost of procurement of substitute goods, or any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the defect or the remedy provided.

We are not responsible for the loss, corruption, or compromise of any data, software, or personal information stored on devices, computer systems, or storage media returned to us for testing, repair, or replacement.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
