Refurbished Products Policy

At NotBadTech, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our refurbished items, including consoles, phones, PC Parts and other electronics. Our commitment to customer satisfaction extends to every product we offer, whether brand new or refurbished.

For clarity, refurbished products are listed as [Refurbished] on our website.
Products without colours stated may have different colours from the product photos.
Products typically don’t come with original packaging.

Each refurbished item undergoes a rigorous inspection and testing process.
We test that all components and features of the refurbished product are in proper working order, and repair any faults that have been identified (except in cases where issues are disclosed in the listing).

Not all refurbished products have been disassembled, such as in cases where no repairs were needed or the repairs were able to be done externally.

All refurbished items sold by NotBadTech are backed by a warranty to provide peace of mind to our customers, the warranty periods are stated on the product listings.
Warranty coverage includes repairs or replacements for any hardware defects that occur during the specified warranty period.
